No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to the taking of feral hogs without a hunting license. Based on analysis of the Parks and Wildlife Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
