No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business & Commerce Code to define "pet", to prohibit certain contractual terms for the transfer of pets, and to void certain contracts in violation of these terms.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
