No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to define the terms "Board" and "river authority" and would authorize the Governor to designate a member of the Board of certain river authorities to serve as a Presiding Officer.

According to the Office of the Governor, no fiscal implication to the Office is anticipated.

According to the Water Development Board, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
