No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to additional training for School Board of Trustee and Superintendent training could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The requirements of the bill may result in some additional training fees for Board of Trustee members and superintendents.
