IN RE:	SB499 by Seliger (Relating to the requirement that certain participating institutions under the student loan program administered by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board provide loan debt information to students.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Education Code as it relates to the disclosure of certain loan information. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
