TO:

IN RE:
SB502 by Seliger (Relating to requiring certain institutions of higher education to issue reports on the transferability of credit.), As Passed 2nd House

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires certain institutions of higher education to issue reports on the transferability of credit and courses taken. This analysis assumes that any costs for institutions of higher education and the Higher Education Coordinating Board to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
