The bill would amend the Acts of the 73rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1993 to specify certain conditions for certain municipalities for the injection and recovery of water in a portion of certain aquifers.
According to the Commission on Environmental Quality, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
