No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Ethics Commission, the Office of Court Administration, and the Texas Judicial Council, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the sworn complaint process could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
