Local Government Impact

The bill would implement recommendations made by the Sunset Advisory Commission (Commission) regarding the Nueces River Authority (NRA). According to the Commission, provisions of the bill can be absorbed by NRA within existing resources and no significant fiscal implication is anticipated.
