Local Government Impact

The bill would implement recommendations made by the Sunset Advisory Commission (Commission) regarding the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA). According to the Commission, provisions of the bill can be absorbed by GBRA within existing resources and no significant fiscal implication is anticipated.
