No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to publishing the cost of a newborn screening test on the Department of State Health Service's website and review of individual and group issuers form filings by the Department of Insurance could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
