No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the performance of equine dentistry by students of equine dental provider certification programs. The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners indicates the provisions of the bill could be absorbed by utilizing existing resources.
