No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to release sites for breeder deer. Based on analysis of the Park and Wildlife Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provision of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
