SB1101 by Kolkhorst (Relating to the consolidation of ombudsman programs administered by the Health and Human Services Commission.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to consolidation of certain ombudsman programs at the Health and Human Services Commission could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
