No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to authorize a municipal or county health department to apply to the Department of Agriculture for a waiver to allow authorize unlicensed employees of a municipality or county to apply pesticides for mosquito control under certain circumstances.

According to the Department of Agriculture, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
