No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the removal of certain alcoholic beverages after a natural disaster. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commissions anticipates that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
