SB1219 by Alvarado (Relating to human trafficking signs at transportation hubs.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Texas Department of Transportation, any cost associated with the provisions of the bill relating to posting signage about human trafficking could be absorbed using existing resources. Based on analysis by the Office of the Attorney General, there would be no fiscal impact associated with the development of such signage.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal implication to counties is anticipated.
