No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would allow a state employee who is a search and rescue volunteer to take leave without a deduction in pay to receive search and rescue training or to participate in search and rescue activities.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
