No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to prohibit any entity from moving the Alamo Cenotaph unless certain conditions are met. Based on the analysis of the General Land Office and the Texas Historical Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
