No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code related to the purchasing functions of the Railroad Commission regarding the reclamation of certain abandoned mines. Based on analysis of the Railroad Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
