No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the application of certain occupation-related postsecondary educational financial aid and student loan repayment programs. Based on the analysis provided by the Higher Education Coordinating Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
