No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the calculation of costs in interagency contracts between certain state agencies and the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH). Based on information provided by SOAH, Comptroller of Public Accounts, Public Utility Commission, and Commission on Environmental Quality, this analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
