No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Medical Board and Health and Human Services Commission indicate that the provisions of the bill relating to voting by physicians at certain entities to authorize the differentiation of physicians based on maintenance of certification could be absorbed using existing resources.
