SB1933 by Hinojosa (Relating to movements of gasoline and diesel fuel within the bulk transfer system.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends several subsections of Chapter 162, Tax Code, to include motor fuel storage facilities and marine vessels as part of the motor fuels bulk transfer/terminal system.
 
The Comptroller of Public Accounts indicates the bill would not have any fiscal implications for the state.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
