The bill relates to certain academic programs and projects undertaken by public institutions of higher education at an off-campus academic or research site or a similar location. This analysis assumes that any costs for institutions of higher education and the Higher Education Coordinating Board to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
