No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Higher Education Coordinating Board to collaborate with at least one institution of higher education, the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Board of Nursing to conduct a study regarding the feasibility of developing a pilot program to streamline physician licensing requirements for nurses. This analysis assumes that any costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
