No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to a report by the Texas Workforce Commission regarding occupational skills training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
 
Section 352.060 of the Labor Code would expires on September 1, 2021. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
