No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to prepare a written report regarding provider reimbursement rates and access to care in the Medicaid program. It is assumed any costs associated with preparing the report could be absorbed within the available resources of the commission.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
