SB2072 by Taylor (Relating to the authority of a development corporation created by the Gulf Coast Authority to finance certain projects.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Acts of the 61st Legislature, 1969, to authorize certain development corporations to finance qualified improvements in the same manner as a municipality or county may and without approval of another entity other than the authority and to finance certain projects related to the creation or retention of primary jobs.

Local Government Impact

The fiscal implications of the bill on development corporations subject to its provisions cannot be determined at this time.
