No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of  the Texas Veterans Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal implication to counties is anticipated.
