SB2271 by Miles (Relating to compensation under the Crime Victims' Compensation Act for certain expenses.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Office of the Attorney General, the provisions of the bill relating to eligibility for Crime Victims Compensation could result in up to 44 new reimbursements per fiscal year. It is assumed that these costs could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
