SB2299 by Powell (Relating to the prosecution of the offense of operation of an unmanned aircraft over certain facilities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to modify the definition of critical infrastructure relating to the criminal offense of operating an unmanned aircraft over a correctional facility. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
