No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to prohibit a county from requiring a building permit for a portable structure used for the sale of seasonal goods under certain circumstances.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact on counties.
