No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code to prohibit local regulation of scheduling practices of private employers and to render existing regulations void and unenforceable.

According to the Texas Municipal League, the bill would have no impact on cities.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would have no impact on counties.
