The provisions of the bill addressed by this analysis would amend the Government Code as it relates to the creation and promulgation of certain standard forms for statewide use in criminal actions. Under the provisions of the bill, the creation of certain forms by the Office of Court Administration would be required.

This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional populations or the demand for state correctional resources.
