IN RE:
HB374 by Allen (Relating to a community supervision and corrections department policy regarding supervision officer meetings and visits.), As Introduced

The provisions of the bill addressed by this analysis would amend the Government Code as it relates to a community supervision and corrections department policy regarding supervision officer meetings and visits. Under the provisions of the bill, a community supervision and corrections department would be required to adopt a policy regarding supervision officer meetings and visits.

This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional populations or the demand for state correctional resources.
