Pursuant to a notice posted on February 5, 2019, and permission granted on February 19, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Greg, at 7:32 a.m.
