Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2019, and permission granted on February 21, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Springer, at 9:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Springer; Buckley; Burns; Fierro; Meza; Raymond; and Zwiener.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The chair called for invited testimony on issues related to Agriculture and Livestock.
