Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 9, 2019, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Springer, at 2:25 p.m.

The chair laid out HB 969 as pending business.

Representative Burns offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

Representative Burns moved that HB 969, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion failed by the following record vote:

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
