Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 2, 2019, and permission granted on April 2, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on International Relations & Economic Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 11:38 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Frullo; Blanco; Cain; Perez; Raney; and Romero, Jr..

Representative Blanco offered a complete committee substitute.
