Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2019, and permission granted on February 12, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Martinez Fischer, at 12:45 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Martinez Fischer; Darby; Beckley; Collier; Landgraf; Moody; Patterson; and Shine.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Business and Industry Committee met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the committee’s jurisdiction.
