Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2019, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 8:31 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Bohac; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Cole; Dominguez; and Rosenthal.

A quorum was present.

The committee heard invited testimony from entities under the committee’s purview.
