Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2019, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 9:09 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Bohac; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Biedermann; Cole; Dominguez; Rosenthal; and Stickland.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The committee heard invited testimony from entities under the committee’s purview regarding indigent healthcare and behavioral health.

At 2:27 p.m., on the motion of Representative Stickland and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
