CORRECTED MINUTES

On April 15, 2019, the House Committee on Elections authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Elections held on April 8, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 3, 2019, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Klick, at 8:05 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Klick; Cortez; Bucy; Burrows; Cain; Fierro; Israel; Middleton; and Swanson.

A quorum was present.

HB 1888

The chair laid out HB 1888 as pending business.

Representative Burrows moved that HB 1888, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
