Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2019, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lozano, at 12:54 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lozano; Thompson, Ed; Blanco; Kacal; Kuempel; Morrison; Reynolds; Turner, John; and Zwiener.

A quorum was present.

At 2:05 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
