Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2019, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Chris, at 8:02 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Chris; Stucky; Frullo; Johnson, Eric; Pacheco; Smithee; Walle; and Wilson.

A quorum was present.

The Committee heard testimony from community colleges.
