Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on February 21, 2019, and permission granted on February 21, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 11:16 a.m.


The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Geren; Howard; Anchia; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Flynn; Parker; Sanford; Sherman, Sr.; and Thompson, Ed.


A quorum was present.




The chair moved to adopt the House Personnel Manual and approve the policies, procedures, and delegations of the Committee’s authority contained therein.


The motion prevailed without objection.


At 11:17 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
