Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 21, 2019, and permission granted on May 21, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on House Administration met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 1:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Geren; Howard; Anchia; Ortega; Sherman, Sr.; and Thompson, Ed.

 

A quorum was present.

The Chair moved to adopt the House Interim committee budgets.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Geren; Howard; Anchia; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Ortega; Sherman, Sr.; Thompson, Ed (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Flynn; Parker; Sanford; Thierry (4).

 

At 1:10 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
