Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2019, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lucio III, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lucio III; Oliverson; Bonnen, Greg; Davis, Sarah; Johnson, Julie; Lambert; Turner, Chris; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.

The committee met in an organizational meeting to hear invited testimony.

At 9:02 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
