Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2019, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 8:00 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Leach; Farrar; Johnson, Julie; Krause; Meyer; Smith; and White.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Davis, Yvonne now present.)

(Representative Neave now present.)

The House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the committee’s jurisdiction.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 9:55 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
